Registration Instructions

We strive to make registration as easy and convenient as possible. This year, complete registration, including committee selection, is available online. Registering for VICS XV involves four easy steps:

Step One: Fill out the Online Registration Form here, including committee selection.

(Please note if you receive an error message loaded on your browser following registration submission BUT receive a WUFOO confirmation email your registration has successfully been submitted. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email from the Charge Melissa Rickman shortly.)

Step Two: After the designated Head Delegate receives registration confirmation from both the Registration site and the Charge d'Affaires for VICS XV Melissa Rickman pursue fees payment through traditional check payment or credit card payment via paypal-- new to VICS this year. Priority delegate and school fees are due by December 15, 2009. Regular registration delegate and school fees are due by February 16, 2010.

You will receive an electronic confirmation if paying by PayPal or a written confirmation upon receipt of your check, and your country assignments will be sent to you via the email address you provided in Step One.

Step Three: Upon receiving delegate fees and your school's updated delegation numbers, Melissa will send your delegation their committee assignments. Please indicate to her your school's committee preferences in a timely fashion to ensure delegates receive preferable assignments.

Step Four: Complete the final registration at the Newcomb Office on Thursday, March 25, 2010!
