For thirty years, the International Relations Organization at the University of Virginia has been proud to host one of the nation's premier high school-level Model United Nations conferences each November. Held in beautiful and historic Charlottesville on the grounds of Thomas Jefferson's University of Virginia, VAMUN brings together nearly one thousand delegates from around the nation and the globe for an engaging weekend of committee simulations, international dialogue, and excitement.
On behalf of the International Relations Organization, it is with great pleasure that I invite you to join us for the thirteenth session of the Virginia International Committee Simulation (VICS). VICS XV will take place on March 25 - 28, 2010 at the beautiful and historic grounds of the University of Virginia. VICS promises yet again to be one of the most stimulating conferences on the college MUN circuit, with our small crisis-style committees that allow for thought-provoking debate and interaction on unique topics. In addition to our small committees, the unique social aspects of our conference such as our renowned "Fraternity Simulation" provide more opportunities to meet your fellow delegates and staff over the course of the weekend.
